It’s 2023. Let your wins be even bigger!
Welcome to 2023! This time of year traditionally brings an onslaught of “new year, new whatever they are selling” messages to your clutter up the precious space in your inbox.
Don’t you worry. This is not one of those.
NOPE.
This year, at Benay, we are choosing to celebrate the wins of 2022 and keep that fantastic momentum going! Think about it like, “new year, more growth.” Just like our clients, we’re sure your company has implemented many new strategies over the past year that are going well. Whatever "new" you add to your 2023, keep the growth going by building on your strengths.
After all, just because we have started a new year doesn’t mean it is a good time to change everything—especially if those things are already pretty darn fantastic. So, while the noise may be encouraging you to find what’s wrong with your business and “solve it” by setting crazy, maybe even unattainable goals as you “reach for the stars” and whatnot, I’d like to draw your attention to what feels a bit more uplifting and forward-thinking: Your wins list!
Consider using this year to grow what is serving you best and moving away from (or outsourcing) the things that are not. Today, this week, ok… this weekend… sometime very soon! Take a few minutes to reflect on your successes from 2022. Your wins list contains the perfect items and initiatives to focus on in 2023.
In 2022, I’m very proud to say that Benay expanded our staff with three new to us numbers-crazy individuals (who we already love!), we opened a new location in Southbury, CT, we helped several companies increase their Cash Flow, grow their income, and (with the guidance of our social media guru) we are excited to see new friends on all our social channels.
