Happy New Year to you!

I sincerely hope this finds you off to a fantastic start to 2022.

As I write this, I can hear my team already in full swing with their clients encouraging them, solving problems, and providing the guidance they need for continued success. It warms my heart to hear them practicing what Benay Enterprises preaches as they each lean into their areas of expertise and seamlessly hand off the tasks that are just outside of that list.

When you do what you love, it doesn't feel like work and the outcome is just a little bit sweeter. After years of practicing this, we have proven that knowing what you know and what you don't know are both essential to business growth. At Benay Enterprises, we like to say: Do what you do best, let Benay do all the rest. We hire experts to do what they do best so we can serve our clients with our full attention and we encourage you to do the same.

Not sure what your "best" is? There are plenty of online quizzes to take, books to read, and gurus to consult to find the answer. But, we think it can be as simple as making a quick list of tasks, duties, and projects. List them all, from your highest-level ones to the smallest ones. Each are important as they are what make your company successful! Review the list to decide which brings you joy and which does not. Consider keeping the ones that excite you to get out of bed and be awesome every day and handing off the ones that make you want to crawl back under the covers with a good book.
